Is it a must to include a view in browser link for all emails? I am in a situation where I have designed a template with a view in browser link, something we were not doing before. However getting campaign urls and pasting them in the html causes people on my team to take twice as long to send emails (we use responsys), which can become problematic for rush emails.

Since the majoriaty of our emails are just text in the body is it really necessary to go through the effort? I can understand the importance for a view in browser link if the email is image heavy or has some special designed qualities to it. But just a basic header and a body of text?
