I remember reading an article somewhere on the web recently about optimising email for screenreaders used by users who are hard of sight, but unfortunately I can't find it!

I seem to remember that some of the limitations of screen readers is that they are prone to reading link addresses as a whole (with tracked URLs this could be quite lengthy).

Is the approach somewhere along the lines of how we include pre-header text where we hide the text we want the screenreader to read at the beginning of the email before then executing the rest of the emails?
