Updating Triggered Emails for the Holiday Season
Hey all! I know many of you (especially those in the ecommerce space) have been planning your holiday email campaigns for months now. While the big marketing pushes for discounts, free shipping, etc. are bound to be part of your strategy, I was wondering what your process is for getting your triggered emails updated during this busy time of the year?
Are you optimizing your triggered emails to get your subscribers to purchase—and continue purchasing—over the holidays?
Do you set up completely new triggers for this time of the year? Update your current ones? Not do anything differently at all?
Would love to hear (well, I can't actually hear these) tips and see some examples!
