I need to display a data table in an email (it does not need to be responsive) and it is working great everywhere except for Outlook 2013/2010/2007

  1. When using rowspan I see tiny gaps in the border of the cell (see http://postimg.org/image/3u56nh97b/ )

  2. I tried to correct this issue using some outlook padding fixes in internal styling of the email. This fixed the gaps in the border, but now the border of these cells that uses rowspan extends slightly beyond the table. (see http://postimg.org/image/ydh0ru3ah/)

The coding for the second method with the internal styling hack can be seen here: http://www.codeshare.io/vfD9M

I've attempted to nest columns 2-5 of each building as their own table but then I can't get all of the cells to line up as columns.

Please help! I've been working on this for days.
