I have a basic table with three columns, with a custom bullet image in the left most column.

In most email clients and browsers, this bullet image lines up properly and consistently with the text next to it:

Proper Bullet Image Alignment

However, in Outlook 2007 & 2010, it appears that the spacing above the text on the fifth and sixth rows (where the text only takes up one line) is greater than in the other rows, so the alignment is off. Notice the red lines in the screenshots above and below. The one below, taken from Outlook 2010, shows a second red line where the bullet is lining up too high vertically because of this.

These bullets look even more distorted in Outlook 2013.

I've tried adjusting padding in the table cell, as well as adjusting line-heights, but it seems that I cannot get these bullets to line up consistently in Outlook without distorting them in the other clients.

Is there something I'm missing here?

Here is the code I am currently working on, via JSFiddle:

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to normalize the spacing across all clients on these bullets in tables like these?
