What to do after noticing a high value for prints?
We have used the Litmus Analytics code for our last newsletter. From the 32,000 opens (not unique!) analytics shows 438 users who have seemed to print the email. That might be almost 2% of all unique opens. Quite a lot we think.
Anybody else noticing similar numbers (or maybe more) ? If so, what are your learnings? Maybe supplying a PDF version of the email ... ?
