Embed Surveys in Email
Hello!
I wanted to know if anything has changed in the area of embedding surveys in emails? I found some old articles that said it was not a good idea as Outlook will strip it out, but is that still true? And if it is ok to embed surveys what is the best process and is there a service anyone would suggest?
Thanks so much!

I think support for forms is pretty iffy (although not tested it recently)
However I saw a cool little trick on Campaign monitor a while ago which could help
http://www.campaignmonitor.com/blog/post/4084/using-star-ratings-to-collect-feedback-via-email
Basically you show 5 stars each linking to the survey landing page with a reference 1 to 5
?????
Then when the user clicks through the corresponding star rating will already be filled out. You can also pre fill their name and email address if you like. Hopefully they will feel more committed and be more likely to fill out the rest of the survey.
I've also done my own version of the hover function code which has better email support.

Please note if you use that code the styles haven't been inlined, you should do this before sending.
Hope that's helpful.
