Introducing Nichole, Customer Support Associate
Alongside the rest of the support team, Nichole is here to answer any questions (or listen to any of the valuable feedback!) you have about Litmus. Based in California, she’ll be able to offer assistance to our customers in that region.
For over 20 years, Nichole has been in a customer-facing role for a variety of software companies. She believes that all customers should be treated with kindness and compassion, and never be taken for granted—they are the reason we all have jobs! Having this philosophy has enabled her to succeed in every job she’s had—and that’s one of the many reasons we’re thrilled to have her on board at Litmus.
When she’s not working…
Nichole has telecommuted for 15 years, allowing her to stay home and raise her two boys—all while offering amazing customer support. She was raised in San Diego and loves living there. She’s a huge Chargers fan (though, that may change if they move to Los Angeles!). She’s a self-proclaimed dork—and she’s proud of it!
