Hi, my name is Karina and I’m thrilled to meet you! I’m a recent addition to the Litmus team, joining as a Customer Success Advocate.
MY ROLE AT LITMUS
I’m a marketer at heart and am deeply passionate about email (I mean, who doesn’t love email?). Whether it’s leading an email program or working with clients at an ESP, I’ve spent most of my professional life in the email space.
As my experience within the industry grew, I became a huge fan of Litmus, and am honored to be a part of this amazing company. My job is to ensure that our customers have everything they need to create great email experiences for their subscribers. That means I provide support, training, and the tools to help make email better.
MY LIFE OUTSIDE OF LITMUS
I’ve lived within a 7-mile radius most of my life—on both sides of the US-Mexican border. I currently live in San Diego and, while I love to travel, coming home is the best feeling.
I know a thing or two about a good taco, and consider myself a bit of a burrito connoisseur. During the weekends, you can find me and my husband down in Baja enjoying the Pacific Ocean with a fresh lobster and a margarita.
