Meet Josh, Customer Success Advocate
Josh will be working on the Customer Success team, to make sure new Litmus users have all the tools they need to be wildly successful when using Litmus.
Native to nowhere, Josh grew up moving around the country (and the world) every few years. He lived in Washington, DC for—self-admittedly—too long, and is happy to escape “the bubble” with his wife to Denver, Colorado, where he can pursue his love of rock climbing.
Josh studied political science in college, but saw the light before taking a government job, and has spent his time since then working with either climbing gyms or SaaS platforms. He’ll talk your ear off about either, but would prefer to discuss these things while hanging from a cliff.
If he’s not climbing, you can find him spending time with his wife, reading a book, teaching rock climbing, or on a walk. He occasionally writes about himself in the third person and believes every day should begin with bacon and eggs.
