How much can I test ?

Our Basic plan includes 1,000 previews (screenshots) per month, great for individuals testing a few emails a month. The Plus Plan includes 2,000 previews a month, perfect for teams of any size, and our Pro Plan, designed for bigger teams and organizations, includes 5,000 previews a month.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my trial or monthly subscription?

Canceling can be done easily within the billing tab of your account. You'll continue to have full access to Litmus until the end of your trial or current billing period. After cancellation, you'll retain access to your account until the next time you're ready to use Litmus.

How many users come with each plan?

Basic, Plus, and Pro accounts include 1, 5, and 10 users, respectively. Enterprise accounts allow the flexibility to customize your plan so your whole team can build, test, and approve emails easily. Users have their own login, password, preferences and settings in your Litmus account.

Are there any long-term commitments or cancellation fees?

No. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. We'll never charge a cancellation fee.

Do you offer day passes or pay-as-you-go subscriptions?

Not at this time. Since all of our subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis without a contract or cancellation fee, you can use Litmus on an as-needed basis. You are welcome to cancel or renew your subscription at any time.

Do you offer non-profit discounts?

While we don't have specific discounts for non-profits or educational organizations, we do offer a discount when you sign up for an annual account.

Can I make a payment by invoice?

We’re happy to provide invoicing on our annual and Enterprise plans. Contact us to set up payment by check or bank transfer. We do not offer monthly invoicing.
