Why is my test taking a long time to load?
Email preview tests usually take between 5-10 minutes to return screenshots once you have sent your test in to Litmus. If there are any known delays, we list these on our status page.
If your test has not returned any results after more than 10 minutes (and there aren't any delays listed on the status page), there may have been a problem receiving your email test. You may want to submit a new test or retest, as this will usually resolve the problem.
If you are having trouble receiving results after retesting and checking why your email may not have been received, please email us your test's URL on your Litmus account and we can take a look.
