Why am I seeing a white/blank space where my email should be?

Occasionally our system may capture a screenshot too early, and an empty/blank space will be shown in the email client's window in place of your email's HTML.

It happens very rarely and, within Litmus, you can solve the problem by using the shortcut key 'R' to attempt to recapture the test. You may also want to select "Allow extra time" within the New Email Test page when running a new test, as this adds an additional 10 seconds of load time before the screenshot it captured.
