Improve Your Troubleshooting Workflow with Interactive Testing

I’m really excited to share a sneak peek into an incredible new feature we’ve been working on!

Interactive Testing is a game-changing new tool that will help you preview and troubleshoot campaigns like never before. Instead of simply getting a screenshot of your email, you can interact with the email client and make changes in real-time. It’s like a WYSIWYG editor with Outlook set to your preview browser.

If it sounds amazing, that’s because it is! As we’ve been beta testing the tool, I’ve had the chance to use it on some of our recent newsletters and it’s changed my troubleshooting workflow dramatically. Take a peek:

The interactive testing looks amazing and this video is boss.

Thanks, Chris! Some friends of mine gave me some great advice for making awesome videos :)

There’s nothing more frustrating than having a really long delay between making changes and seeing the results. This completely solves that problem. So psyched to try this out. We’ve got a bunch of email templates we’re about to build too — perfect timing!

Perfect timing indeed! We can’t wait to hear your feedback :)

Looks awesome! When will it be available? And will it be included in the normal subscription price?

Hi Matthew! We’re glad you’re as excited as we are :) If you send us an email, we can see about getting it activated on your account.

Will this be included in the subscription cost? I received a survey relating to pricing on this suggesting you’re going to charge extra, which would be negative considering Litmus is already quite expensive.

Hi Danny! We did select a small number of folks to take a survey on pricing. While we’ve yet to analyze the results (or make any changes), we genuinely want to get our customer’s input on our pricing.

Thanks in advance for your personal thoughts on the value we offer.
